Santa Claus is Coming to Town!
Santa is coming to the library! This is a busy time of year for Santa with last minute sleigh checks, checking his list not once but twice, and getting ready for the big day. But luckily your favorite children’s librarians are definitely on the nice list, and have talked Santa into coming to visit.
He’ll be in the Benton location December 6th and the Bryant location on December 8th, both days from 5:00-6:30pm. There will be DIY crafts set out, a backdrop for your pictures with Santa, and the Benton High School Chamber Choir will be performing Christmas carols. So find your ugly Christmas sweater, make your list, and be good for goodness sake, and we’ll see you then!
Can’t make it? Don’t worry! In December, there will be a Letters To Santa mailbox set up downstairs in the children’s department. As long as your address is included, Santa will send a response!
You can also join us for a special winter storytime in downtown Benton at the Farmer’s Market on December 8th at 4:00, and look for our float in the Benton Christmas parade!
