Reopening May 3rd with New Hours

Both branches of the Saline County Library will be reopening fully, without appointments, on May 3rd. Along with the reopening, we will be introducing new summer hours to better accommodate the community.

Beginning May 3rd, the new summer hours for both branches will be:

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED

The computer lab will still allow for social distancing and masks will be recommended.

In-person programming will not be held at this time, but we will continue offering a variety of virtual programming for all ages. A calendar of upcoming virtual programs can be found here.

We will also still be offering Curbside Click & Go for patrons who aren’t comfortable entering the library at this time. We will be updating our app to ask for the make, model, and color of your car so that library staff can bring items out to you.

Curbside Click & Go is a safe and convenient way for a patron to pick up their holds. Instead of calling the library and waiting for items to be placed on the table, patrons can use the app to let staff know when they are on their way, along with an ETA, so staff can have items brought out to their car quicker.

To download the app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Mid-Ark Regional Library System.” Find out more information here.
