We are working to collect 500 pounds of plastic bags — approximately 40,500 grocery bags — and we need your help to do so! 

If we collect 500 pounds of plastic or more, TREX will donate a bench made out of recycled plastic to the library! 

So, bring your recycled plastic to either branch and place it in the designated bins! You can view a list of accepted items below:

• Bread bags
• Case overwrap
• Dry cleaning bags
• Newspaper sleeves
• Ice bags
• Wood pellet bags
• Ziploc and other reclosable bags
• Produce bags
• Bubble wrap
• Salt bags
• Cereal bags

*All plastic must be clean, dry and free of food residue.
