About the Seed Library
The Seed Library allows you to “check out” (with no return date) up to 3 packages of seeds each month!
All seeds requested will be filled with the variety we have in stock at the discretion of the Seed Library staff. Though we hope all seeds produce something, sometimes that does not happen. The SCL Seed Library will not be held liable for seeds that do not germinate.
The Seed Library is only available from February 8th through September 31st.

Donating Seeds
Please try to save seeds from what you have grown or consider donating purchased seeds to allow our seed library to continue growing!
Bring your seeds back to the library after they have been properly harvested, dried, and cleaned. You can donate any seeds- not just seeds from the seed library plants! However, please bring only open-pollinated heirloom seeds. Donated seeds will be added to the circulating collection at the discretion of the library staff. To donate seeds, bring seeds to any of our library locations and fill out a donation form. (Donation form only available in the library.)
